DescriptionCircular medal of Alfonso V, king of Aragon and Sicily (born 1385, king 1443-58).

Obverse: Profile bust of Alfonso V at center looking to proper left, wearing armor; at proper left is a crown with Roman numerials inscribed above and below; at proper right is a shield; inscribed at top "·DIVVS·ALPHONSVS·[R]EX", above crown "M/·C·C·C·C", below crown "XLVIIII", and at bottom "·TRIVMPHATOR·ET/·PACIFICVS".

Reverse: Eagle at center perched ontop of his prey, surrounded by a group of vultures looking to center; inscribed across field "LIBERALITAS/AVGVSTA" and below, heavily abraided ["PISANI·PICTORIS·OPVS"].
InscriptionsObverse: Inscribed at top "·DIVVS·ALPHONSVS·[R]EX", above crown "M/·C·C·C·C", below crown "XLVIIII", and at bottom "·TRIVMPHATOR·ET/·PACIFICVS".
