Description(New York: Double Elephant Press, 1973) 43.8 cm, unbound; 18 pp. [5 ff.]; original publisher's printed cream-colored paper wrappers, original beige linen box.

First edition. No. 19 from the regular edition of 90 copies; there were an additional 30 copies "hors commerce" numbered I-XXX. The letterpress printers were Fequet and Baudier, hand set in Garamont on vélin d'Arches. Further, "The text by Samuel Beckett is published here for the first time. The original etchings by Avigdor Arikha illustrating the text were printed by Imprimerie Artistique Bellini in Paris and are all signed by the artist."
Signed Pen and dark brown ink below colophon "Samuel Beckett"; each print signed in graphite below right "Arikha."
