DescriptionThe white houses and towers of the city in the middle distance are lit by a shaft of light; the blue-green, blue, and cool gray of the mountains in the background and the broken gray of the sky contrast with the warm browns and yellow-greens of the foreground and a touch of red in one of the figures.
