Description(Paris: Floury, 1897) Quarto; [3 ff.] 32 pp., plus plates (wrappers for binding collected set loosely laid in); original publisher's pictorial wrappers, within original publisher's black-stamped gray cloth portfolio.
Illustrated journal published from December 1896 to December 1897 in twelve issues (November 1897 not included). Edited by Jules Rais and Roger Marx, with the artistic direction by Lepère and others. The cover of this issue was engraved after a design by Lenoir; the wrappers (with a design by Angst) for binding the collected edition are loosely laid in. Announced as the last issue, it also contains a full index of writer, artists, and engravers. The table of contents indicates only that this is the 12th and last "number"; the first page of the text is labeled November, with the wrapper dated December. Several engravers could not be identified: André, Minne, Paris, and Robillard.
