DescriptionGroups of small bronze stags and bulls, pierced for suspension, have been found in tombs, where they appear to have been hung from men's belts. Their meaning is unknown, but it is likely that they were gifts to the dead. Other, unpierced figurines, horses and riders (such as this one), chariots, and dogs, may have been gifts to the dead.
