DescriptionThis fragment is part of the lower portion of the false door of the Vizier Mentuhotep, from his chapel at Abydos. It is finely executed in sunk relief and depicts the standing figures of the vizier on the two outermost jambs on each side, facing inward. There is one column of hieroglyphic text on each of the inner jambs, and two columns of text on the outermost jambs.
