DescriptionThis fragment of a dish is made of a red-brownish clay and has a scalloped edge. On top of a white painted background a woman appears riding a camel. Geometric motifs adorn the camel, the woman, and the background of the fragment and serve to give a sense of animacy to the image, despite the lack of realism.

The rim is shaped in a wave pattern and the base is flat.
