DescriptionKneeling statue of Nentowaref, with his hands raised in a gesture of adoration. The stele resting on his knees is inscribed with a hymn to the sun god Re. Nentowaref wears a plain wig and long, belted skirt, which trails on the ground beneath his legs. His facial features resemble those in representations of Amenhotep II, the pharaoh under whom Nentowaref served.
