DescriptionThis fragment is the lower portion of a rough, gray basalt stele in Neo-Assyrian style, very high relief, and it depicts a god standing on the back of an animal with a lion's head, a bull's horns and ears, and a lion's forelegs and hind legs like those of an eagle.
