Description(New York and London: Doubleday & McClure Co., 1899) 34.5 cm; [13 plates within wrappers: upper with title recto and song verso, lower with song recto]; original publisher's pictorial brown cloth portfolio with title print mounted on upper cover.

The justification label laid down on the inside upper portfolio cover reads: "There have been printed of this edition 500 copies by hand. Each has an original drawing on the inside of the portfolio, and the pictures are all mounted. This is number 100."
Signed Green ink on title: "Dear Mildred, / best love & a Merry Christmas, / from Pixie / Pamela / [monogram] / Xmas . 1906."
