DescriptionFolk art- memorial. birth certificates. Born Nov. 9, 1764; married in Trinity Church, NY, Dec. 19, 1792, to Hettee Hart, born June 26, 1772. Title across top against background of decorative leaves with American eagle and stars center; pasted near eagle's beak is round piece of paper inscribed with Lord's Prayer and signed by Samuel Webb. Children's names, births, marriages and deaths in four columns separated by scroll decorations of leaves and berries. Border scalloped at top and above register. Artist may be Samuel Webb himself, a NY merchant.
