InscriptionsUC in graphite: This unfinished drawing, supposed to reprecent the action between the Merrimac, Cumberland, Congress and Minnesota was found among the office drawings of the late Rebel Naval Constructor at the Norfolk Navy Band, and is forwarded to Harper's Weekly, (in the hope that it may be of some service to the Editor,) by the Union officer who found it.
