No. 92 from "Author's autograph edition" of 110 copies (100 for sale). Each of these copies contains an original gray-green and black woodcut self-portrait, signed by the artist, and is in a special binding and box. The remaining illustrations are photomechanical relief prints after drawings by Kent, who also designed the endpapers. T. M. Cleland did the typographic design for the volume, which was printed at the Knickerbocker Press.
