DescriptionCheese-box shape. Clay yellow; top and sides of cover have short wavy brown lines between bands of red. Broken and repaired; the cover considerably restored.

XLIX); by date unknown: with Edward Perry Warren (according to Warren's records: [one of the] Contents incomplete of an early VIth Cent tomb at Vulci [containing MFA vases 98.901-909, 912-914, 916, 920]); 1898: purchased by MFA from Edward Perry Warren for $ 69,618.13 (this figure is the total price for MFA 98.641-98.940)
