DescriptionBase with feet, of statuette of Meresankh III. Two joining fragments: 27-5-3 (part of lower robe and legs) and 27-5-18 (part of base and feet). Substantial amount of pigment preserved. Note the figure wears a long cloak which overlaps in the front of the ankles. Goes with 30.1457b.
ProvenanceFrom Giza. 27-5-3 from radim in Room A G 7530 and 27-5-18 from radim in pit G 7530A. Excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA by the government of Egypt.
