DescriptionThis stela depicts, in sunk relief, a standing male figure with a female figure standing behind him. They are facing to the right, with an offering formula above and in front of them. Faint traces of red and yellow paint remain.
ProvenanceFrom Sheikh Farag,grave 253A. 1923: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
