DescriptionSlate lower body fragment of a female statue seated on a throne. The sides of the throne are incised with the arms of Upper and Lower Egypt. From the waist up is missing. There is negative space between and behind the legs. The surface is scratched, but polished.
ProvenanceFrom Semna.1924: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Sudan.
