DescriptionHinged collar of sheet metal with edges decorated inside and out with beaded wire. In the center is an applique figure of kneeling winged deity wearing a sun disc. In the center of the back is a scarab. At each side near back, hinge with pin in place.
ProvenanceFrom el-Kurru, Ku 72. 1919: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Sudan.
