DescriptionFaience; ultramarine blue glaze with spots of lighter color. Right fore paw broken and missing. The figure is lying down, head erect turned to the right, and mouth slightly opened.
ProvenanceFrom Egypt, Deir el-Bersha, Tomb 19, pit B. May, 1915: Excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; 1920: assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
