DescriptionBronze knife with bone handle attached by two rivets, blade heavily incrusted. Entire curved edge sharpened, no signs of wear, green deposit over most of blade, but mostly preserved, handle held on by 2 rivets.
ProvenanceFrom Kerma, K312-13. 1913: excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA by the government of Sudan; 1920: received by the MFA.
