DescriptionGlobular slightly shouldered jar with a small flat base, flat everted rim, and 2 tubular lug handles. Decorated with 4 vertical registers or panels of red wavy lines. Condition is worn but stable.
ProvenanceFrom Mesaid (Mesa'eed) tomb 961 [M/961/a]. 1913: excavated by the Harvard University-Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA by the government of Egypt.
