DescriptionShort potstand with widely flaring base and slightly rolled rim. Redware with white slip. Base badly broken and rim chipped; about 90% complete. "Kab IV" written in black ink on interior, "192" painted in large black numbers on exterior.
ProvenanceFrom Elkab. 1897, excavated by J. E. Quibell for the Egyptian Research Account , assigned to the Egyptian Research Account in the division of finds by the government of Egypt; given to the MFA by the ERA in response for contributions.
