DescriptionThis face component from a wooden coffin depicts a man's head. It is plastered and painted, though surface treatments have preserved rather poorly. Eyes and eyebrows are black, the face a reddish-brown, and the headdress/hair yellow, blue, green and red. It is in battered and worn condition with significant insect damage.
