DescriptionSt. Michael Chasuble. Blue and gold metallic brocaded ground, appliqued blue damask orphreys with embroidered and couched design in silk and metallic threads of crowned angel holding shield with instruments of the Passion, and St. Michael slaying thedragon on the front, stars and fleurs de lis around shoulders and neck, and two angels in roundels and Virgin in majesty on the back. Gold metallic braid trim. Deep pink lining. Condition: Good, some abrasion of lining and couched work.
