Description"Veronese" style two piece dress. Cream silk brocade. Fitted bodice, laced front closure, large puffed sleeves, slashed with lace fill. Decorated on bodice and skirt with clear glass beads, metallic sequins and tassels. Lace around collar and cuffs. Good condition, but soiled. Worn by donor's grandmother, Mrs. Eban Sumner draper (Nannie Bristow) of Hopedale, MA - wife of the Governor of Massachusetts in 1910.
