DescriptionProbably designed by "Lucile" (Lady Duff Gordon, neé Lucy Christiana Sutherland, 1863-1935). "Lingerie frock" in ivory-colored silk chiffon decorated with appliqué pink chiffon roses and buds, most ornamented with silver lace, and appliqué green silk tabby buds and green silk cord stems. Elbow length sleeves, neckline, bodice and hem inserts of ivory-colored silk tape lace and crochet. Open in back with no closure system. Condition: fair, the silk is fragile, with small scattered areas of breaks in the chiffon.
