DescriptionBlue and white cotton plain weave rectangular cloth with design elements created by warp yarn-resist dye technique. The predominant motif (six repeats) is of three angular anthropomorphic figures of graduated size; geometric motifs, bird forms, smaller human figures fill out ground. Green, orange, red, purple, pink selvedge stripes.

This type of man's wrapping is traditionally used only for cremation ceremonies by the Atoni people on the island of Timor.
