DescriptionFan with painted leaf, lower half red silk satin, upper half white cotton tarlatan. Three bluebirds, fence, trees and balloon, painted by George Keiswetter. Stripe grained hornbeam sticks gilt embossed. Ivory rings on rivet. Steel ring.
