Heart-shaped pendant necklace (a) of blue glass with french silver and diamond paste floral motif surrounded by paste, depending from large decorative silver and paste unit on chain of alternating imitation lapiz lozenges with silver and paste floral motifs and silver and paste decorative motifs. Said to be copy of Italian crown jewels. Blue leather box (b) with white crepe lining marked "Tiffany and Co., New York, Paris, London."
