DescriptionPaper leaf. Obverse: chinoiserie vignette of reclining man and man with parasol in pastoral setting center, black border; five bands of beige gauze following sticks with painted details and brass spangles mounted on leaf, pink and blue border; flowers filling out leaf, brown and lack border top and bottom. Reverse: simple flower center. Narrow white band at top. Dark polished wood sticks, ivory thumbpiece, mother-of-pearl buttons on rivet. Condition: cannot close due to repairs.
