DescriptionDouble silk leaf decorated with polychrome spangles and gilt-silver yarns. Obverse: pastoral scene of man and woman, stylized border, pink background, gilt edging; music and instruments in vignette right. Reverse: plain yellow silk, signed "Duvelleroy" left guardstick. Fourteen machine-pierced ivory sticks decorated with gilt-silver and piqué work, mother-of-pearl button at rivet.
