DescriptionBlue and green African starling feathers mounted over dark foundation feathers with design of rose, bud and leaves left formed by yellow-green and dark orange hummingbird feathers. Sixteen dark Neopolitan shell (faux tortoiseshell) sticks, brown silk connecting ribbon. Maroon silk tassel and loop (for securing fan closed) depend from dark Neopolitan shell ring.
