DescriptionBeige single silk leaf. Obverse: "Fête de L' Agriculture" honoring the goddess Cybele: applied paper figures (découpage) of Cybele in lion-drawn chariot center, man blowing horn right, woman beating tambourine left, with painted details; appliquéd green silk ground with brown painted border; vine across top with appliquéd green silk leaves, red silk berries, painted limbs, with white silk bow appliquéd center; hand-cut steel sequins as swags, plants and details throughout and across top; silver border top. Reverse: plain silk with silver border top. Sixteen bone sticks decorated with steel piqué work and silver, brass rosette studs in rivet.
