DescriptionWhite silk satin and machine-made lace. High front and deep back V-neckline; deep lace collar. 3/4 leg-of-mutton sleeves gathered at top of armscyes, lace ruffles. Heavily boned V-shaped open front bodice with hook-and-eye closure, edged in lace. Skirt gathered into deep darts at bodice back; inset train gathered into waistline at center back; drop-front with hook-and-eye closure; two layers knife-pleated ruffles at hemline. Taffeta lining with scalloped ruffles at hemline.
