DescriptionEvening dress of navy blue silk. Bodice with narrow straps over the shoulders. Long skirt flared form the waist, with wide ruffle applied low at side-backs and curving higher in front. At highest point of ruffle a silk bow and a cluster of five aritficial roses in pale pink and lavender are attached. Narrow tie belt. Designer's label in bodice seam. Label in skirt side seam: "The French Shops, Filene's, Boston"
