DescriptionPadded garters. White silk embroidered with chenille yarns in design of central purple, yellow, green flowers flanked by inscriptions (a: "announce" and "zephir"; b: "mon" and "Jebic (?)") in pink chainstitch with blue border, flanked by salmon, pink, brown, green flowers. Filled with lambswool batting. White silk elasticicized band at left. Metal clasps decorated with floral motifd.
