DescriptionCentral feature in design is a large basket filled with naturalistic roses and leafy plants. Above this is an alphabet. Flanking it are various short horizontal vine motives. Beneath it is a row of geometric motives then, various vegetative, animal and insect motives, and a small landscape scene. Near the center is a small wreath with the initials ‘N D' and the date 18--. Border of green cotton tape. Couched repairs to ground; missing yarns. Lined. Stitiches: cross, rococo, tent, and two-side Italian cross variations
