DescriptionHanging pocket case. Three rectangular pockets, one above the other, with a triangular upside down pocket at the top. A white silk ground quilted and embroidered with white silk and floss silk yarns. Designs include: a peacock and swan, a monogram topped by a crown, a heraldic rampant horse on a round shield with a helmet crest flanked and supported by a pair of kneeling angels, and a basket of fruit. Trimmed with red silk ribbons. A ribbon bow at the top, for purposes of suspension, of red silk stamped with a semi0naturalistic floral design in green. White silk over white linen, over white cotton. Worn; fabric missing in some areas on reverse.
