DescriptionAcross the top the alphabet and numbers. Below, various flowers, a rectangle bearing animals, a tree and blossoms. The lower half divided into rectangular areas bearing chevron motifs worked in various stitches. Polychrome silk yarns on linen ground. Condition good; black rotted out in spots. Stitches: Florentine, rococo, tent, two-sided Italian cross, upright gobelin, slanting gobelin.
