DescriptionRectangular piece; one full width plus another half, seamed. Natural colored cotton warp and weft. Printed in blue with roller-print. Pattern shows groups of figures dancing, drinking and conversing under palm trees. On end of cask at right edge of textile initials JMandS; under seated couple, right center, plate inscribed Jn. Marshall and Sons. Selvedges complete on larger piece; one selvedge on smaller piece. Cotton browned, a number of holes.
