DescriptionPanel. gray-green satin ground, with pattern brocaded in polychrome silks and silver yarn. Symmetrical design showing a flowery grove by a wall with a waterfall and certain bizarre elements such as giant bud or horn with flames at its crest, and curved bars at base of waterfall. Both selvedges, one partly broken away: six white cords, black wefts. Soiled and faded; silver tarnished; blacks mostly rotted out, leaving satin warps loose.
