DescriptionRectangular bed cover of dark blue silk satin embroidered in chain stitch with polychrome silk with design of central medallion and outer borders intersecting at corners; female personifications of the five senses, dressed in latest fashion of the mid-17th century, depicted in center of medallion and four corners, field and borders embroidered with hunters in a gardern and exotic birds; narrow fringe; lined with natural plain-weave cotton.
