DescriptionTwo impressions
Madame Perregaux is standing, facing you, with her arms crossed. Her hair is up and curled at her face. She is dressed in a long garment with three rows of lace at the bottom, lace at the shoulders, and a high lace collar. There is a bow in the lace collar, under her chin. The sleeves of the dress are long and have lace at the wrists. Her right foot and shoe extend beneath her dress; the toe of her left shoe is visible. Madame Perregaux is appears to be standing in a grassy area. The landscape in the background is very lightly done.
