The actor Onoe Kakunosuke used the name Onoe Baikô between 1864/2 and 1866/8 but is not recognized as an official member of the line. He is the second of the two unofficial holders of the name between Baikô IV and Baikô V.
In the cast list given in Zokuzoku Kabuki nendaiki, p. 58, the roles of Nakamura Chûtarô and Ichikawa Kobunji are reversed.
