The length of the bust extends to mid-chest. Her head is turned gently to the left. She has an oblong face with a wide forehead and small chin. Her eyes are almond-shaped with thin lids. They are set beneath gently curved eyebrows that were originally lightly feathered. Her irises are lightly incised and the pupils are drilled. She has a small mouth with full lips. She has long bangs and her hair falls to the middle of her neck. It is composed of gentle waves with tiny struts between the locks. The lobes of her ears peak out beneath the long locks of hair. She wears a tunic underneath a stola that is fastened over the shoulders and palla (a style of mantle), which wraps around her shoulders and encircles the edges of the bust. The back of the statue is flat and only roughed out.

There are minor abrasions on the surface and a small chip to the upper lip. The tip of the nose has been restored. The edges of the drapery folds have been damaged, as have some of the locks of hair framing the right side of the neck.
